How we make money

grassfed.food is free to use and free for farms. Right now it earns no money at all: there are no ads, no paid links and no sponsored content.

What money will never buy

• Farms can't pay to be listed, verified or ranked. The directory contains no paid placements.
• Companies can't pay to be included in a guide, to be ranked higher, or to review what we write before it's published.

If that changes

We may add display advertising in the future to cover running costs. If we do, ads will be clearly separated from our content, advertisers will have no say in what we write or which farms we list, and we'll update this page first.
